Cory Mosley, CSP
Cory has spent 20 years working in the Automotive industry learning, teaching, and helping dealerships grow sales, retain teams, and increase profitability.
Cory is probably the only person you will ever meet that drove a dealer demo to his High School graduation. Having joined his first dealership while still a teenager Cory’s retail brand experience includes Nissan, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Geo, Kia, Subaru, Toyota, and Lexus.
During his retail career, working for organizations like Dominion, Pence, DCH, and Prestige Cory held the following positions.

Long before many of the now popular e-commerce workshops ever existed (including Digital Dealer) Cory created The Online Sales Success Workshop which was one of the first nationwide touring educational events on the topic of e-commerce focused selling. Cory and his team went on to conduct more than 27 of these events creating “proof of concept” for many of the Industry events today.
For more than 15 years Cory has worked with dealers across the country and Canada with one sole purpose, to make them more progressive and profitable. Over years clients have included single-rooftop locally owned dealerships and nationally prominent dealer groups like Van Tuyl, John Eagle, Atlantic Auto Group, DarCars, East Coast, and BRAM Auto Group to name a few. Cory’s track record has been well documented and featured in several industry publications including Auto Success, F&I and Showroom, and Dealer Magazine.
Over the past decade, Cory has created strategies, written curriculum, and led implementations for high-level OEM initiatives. This has included working with MBUSA, Volvo, Honda, Audi, VW, and FCA.

There has arguably been no one more prolific on the Automotive speaking circuit than Cory.
He was the first to market with a national workshop tour in 2005 and to-date holds the record for the longest training session ever conducted at Digital Dealer clocking in at 5-hours. He has previously been referred to by Dealer Magazine as “the hardest working man in the Automotive consulting and training business”.
Cory has been featured for years at Industry events including Digital Dealer, TADA, Driving Sales Executive Summit, J.D. Power Internet Roundtable, CBT Auto Conference and NADA Convention and Expo. He is an in-demand keynote speaker on the Association circuit having headlined events for OADA, VADA, MADA, PAA, CTCAR, Innovative Dealers Summit, and more.
Cory is consistently one of the highest rated speakers in the Industry and holds the professional designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) as accredited by the National Speakers Association. This is the highest designation awarded to a professional speaker and is held by less than 12% of speakers nationally.
Just a few short years ago Cory released the Industry favorite book The Way I See It; Thoughts, Commentary, and Musings of a Retail Car Guy which legendary “car guy” Jim Zeigler provided the foreword for. This book has been read by thousands of Industry professionals and received high praise for its straightforward no-nonsense approach. It is considered by many to have been the top Industry thought-leadership book for the year it was released.
Cory has had the privilege of hosting the show Progressive Retail with Cory Mosley for the last 3 years on the CBT Automotive Network. He is one of only 6 Industry professionals tapped to host a show for the most watched network in the Industry. He has interviewed the best and brightest dealers and company executives to help keep dealerships at the front of the learning curve.

In 2017, based on his long-standing reputation as someone who has made a positive impact on the Automotive industry Cory was awarded the coveted AWA Lighthouse Award. He is 1 of only 8 to have received this recognition.
Cory established himself as a player in the online training technology world by partnering with Light Speed VT for his scalable training, testing, and certification platform Mosley 24/7. He joined other Industry leaders like Joe Verde, Grant Cardone, and Sean V. Bradley in producing high-quality and scalable content available to dealers nationwide
